Two ways to work with me: managed or handover

Everything below can be run for you, and the agents can also be built and handed over for you to own. Same build either way. The difference is who looks after it once it's live and who pays the running costs.

You pay the running costs straight to the providers, at their price
Available for the AI chat assistant, AI receptionist, lead response, SMS follow-up, newsletter and website. The rest is managed only, because it needs someone running it: social media is a weekly service, the oversight agent and CRM tools need watching and tuning, the dialler carries Do Not Call compliance, and the launch pipeline orders printing and works inside your inbox and CRM. That's why Lead Desk is the only package you can own outright.

Anything over your allowance is shown on the next month's invoice. A safety cap stops runaway costs: if usage ever doubles your allowance, calls go straight to you and the chat offers a callback, so there's never a surprise bill.

Why only Lead Desk can be owned outright: the other three packages include services that need someone running them every week: social media, the oversight agent and CRM tools, the dialler and the launch pipeline. So they're managed only. Single items like the AI chat assistant, receptionist, newsletter and website can still be handed over on their own.

Payment & Terms

Setup fee: 50% deposit to start the build, the remaining 50% due when it goes live and you've seen it working.
Handover: 50% to start the build, the remaining 50% on handover day. Running costs are then paid by you, straight to the providers.
Term: month-to-month by default, cancel any time with 30 days' notice — or commit to 12 months upfront and the monthly rate drops 10% for the life of the term.

Every module is priced individually — mix and match, or drop something later if it's not pulling its weight. Packages are just a sensible starting bundle, not a lock-in.

What's included: on Managed, the running costs (hosting, AI, your phone number, call minutes and texts) are included up to the allowances above, so there are no surprise bills. A couple of things sit outside the prices: domain registration if you don't already have one (a small yearly fee, registered in your name), and any physical printing from the Launch Pipeline. Both are shown to you at cost before anything is ordered.
