05Your first year

What your first twelve months look like.

From the first conversation to your first anniversary. eXp runs the onboarding, the trust account and compliance. My part is showing you how a business runs on SI, using my own as the example.

Before you join

Weeks 1 to 2

  1. A confidential chat. Thirty minutes. Your business today, my system running live, and the calculator above with your real numbers.
  2. Your homework. eXp's own explainer, the independent contractor agreement, and any question you want answered in writing.
  3. Your decision. If it's right, you apply to eXp and name me as your sponsor. If it isn't, that's the end of it.
Month 1

Set up and selling

  1. eXp onboarding. Your agreement, licence registration and induction, run by eXp Australia's own team.
  2. Your tools switched on. Rex CRM, CoreLogic data, digital forms and signing, Canva Pro and your agent website, all part of the eXp subscription.
  3. Your listings and database move across. You keep your clients, your brand and your data.
Months 2 to 3

See how the system works

  1. How I run on SI. I walk you through my own setup in plain English: enquiry replies, content, CRM write-back, the listing launch and the guardrails.
  2. Your first wins. The one or two jobs eating most of your week, and how other agents are handling them with SI.
  3. eXp World. eXp's training and live sessions, in Australian time zones and globally.
Months 4 to 12

Build, and watch your cap

  1. Your cap tracked. We check where you are against the $100,000 cap, so you know the month you go to 100%.
  2. Stock and ICON. When the milestones and the ICON pathways become relevant to you, and what they need.
  3. Your anniversary. A year in, we look at your real numbers against where you started. Your cap resets, and you decide what year two looks like.
